CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT WORK PLAN
Every three years, CPS schools are responsible for assembling a team that will help develop, oversee implementation of and monitor the schools Continuous Improvement Work Plan (CIWP), with the goal of improving the educational quality of our school. Part of the process includes developing a plan for stakeholder engagement, reviewing data and establishing goals and priority areas. Once the plan is completed, CIWP Team meetings occur at least 3x per year and focus on progress monitoring the school’s priorities by:
Peirce's CIWP Team was assembled based on district guidance and includes the following members:
- Ensuring school-level systems and structures support execution of CIWP Implementation Plans
- Ensuring Implementation Plan team leads are well-equipped and supported to lead the associated Implementation Plan
- Progress monitor Implementation Plan and progress towards goals
- Making any necessary evidence-based adjustments to Implementation plan
Peirce's CIWP Team was assembled based on district guidance and includes the following members:
- Administrative Team: Lori Zaimi
- Instructional Leadership Team: Kristen Munoz
- Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS): Tiffany Brugman, Jinny Gerhardt & Athanasia Kolontouros will take turns attending team meetings
- Lead/Member of applicable student groups: Nana Adu
- Lead/member of connectedness and wellbeing: Liv Fonte
- Lead/member of postsecondary success: Anne Park
- Partnerships & Engagement: Bianca Jimenez & Josh Lerner (Bilingual Advisory Council), Bonn Wade (Racial Equity Parent Group)
- Member of the Local School Council (LSC): Mathieu Kouame
