PHYSICAL EDUCATION
The goal of our physical education program is to engage students in moderate to vigorous physical activity, promote lifelong fitness, and develop personal and social responsibility. Our hope is that students who leave our program with these skills will contribute in a positive way to their community

Physical activity units include Flag Football, Floor Hockey, Volleyball, Basketball, Track & Field, Soccer, and Softball. Lastly, students participate in fitness testing in the beginning and end of the year to show each student’s progression.
